I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor and Certified Sex Therapist Supervisor. I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years. I am passionate about helping my clients and meeting them where they are at; we can dive deep when we need to and back off if it gets too heavy. I always want my clients to feel as comfortable as possible. It takes courage to come to therapy and I recognize that. I also use humor as a way to help put clients at ease because I believe laughter truly is one of the best medicines.

When I am not at work, you can usually find me curling up with my dog and my two cats, hanging out with friends, family and loved ones. I am also the Treasurer of my curling club here in Houston and think curling is pretty much the best sport there is! Finally, I am a lover of music and it is not uncommon for me to quote lyrics every once in a while!
